MCDONALD'S IS SUED FOR RACIAL DISCRIMINATION

More than 50 dark-skinned owners of McDonald's fast food restaurants intend to substantiate their position of racial discrimination by the company in court.

According to the plaintiffs, they were unjustifiably forced to open restaurants in less prosperous areas, and therefore faced additional costs and a lack of profit, while the white-skinned owners were provided with better places with good opportunities and the absence of an unstable environment around.

The plaintiffs are the owners of bankrupt establishments and believe that the company itself is to blame for it, since they had to open restaurants in disadvantaged places on its instruction.

Moreover, the plaintiffs believe that racial discrimination was in the failure of the company to provide them with adequate financial support, as well as the refusal to open restaurants in more profitable and safe locations.

The class action lawsuit was signed by 52 restaurateurs. The total damage caused to the plaintiffs is estimated by them at more than $ 200 million.
