With a claim for bankruptcy of the Voronezh-Aqua company, the capital firm RZB, specializing in the provision of consulting services, applied to arbitration. The amount of the claims and the grounds for the debt are still unknown (case no. A14-3580/2023). The claim itself has also not yet been accepted by the court for consideration.

The defendant is part of a group of companies known in the region since the mid-1990s. The company specializes in industrial water purification projects. The application for insolvency of the main company (case no. A40-41072/2023) was registered in the court file on the same date.

Attention is drawn to the fact that the plaintiff is a little–known organization established in Moscow in September 2022. No litigation between the firms has been conducted in court before.

Both defendants (the regional Voronezh-Aqua and the metropolitan Voronezh-Aqua Group) have recently been undergoing liquidation proceedings. The liquidators of the Voronezh and Moscow firms are Irina Shmitko and Irina Londarenko. The owner of the capital's company is called entrepreneur Andrey Kotenko, says Kommersant.

It is known from open sources that Voronezh-Aqua was previously a supplier of equipment in more than fifty government contracts. Their total amount amounted to more than 870 million rubles. The company took part in the Murmansk NOVATEK project. In particular, the organization has installed a water treatment plant designed to receive up to 10.3 thousand cubic meters of drinking water per day.
