MANAGEMENT COMPANY "FIRST" FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST EUROCLEAR FOR 185 BILLION

Management Company "First" (formerly SBER asset management) filed a lawsuit against the world's largest settlement and clearing system Euroclear Bank for 184.8 billion rubles. The relevant information is published in the file of arbitration cases.

On the day of filing the claim, the amount of claims is approximately $ 2 billion at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

As specified by TASS in the Criminal Code "First", in 2022 Euroclear blocked for Russian investors operations on assets that were accounted for in the account of the National Settlement Depository.

Raiffeisenbank, the National Settlement Depository (NSD) and JSC "Specialized Depository "Infinitum" are listed as third parties.
