Regional Commercial Court of the city of Kursk received a claim on the insolvency of the Ant-Oil fuel company. It is known that the company operates a chain of petrol stations in the region. The initiator of the bankruptcy was Nadezhda Chervyakova, who previously was a motor fuel dealer.

In the case under consideration, Chervyakova acts as the legal successor of Kurskprombank. In 2019, the company lost a case related to the collection under a loan agreement. The first hearing on the claim of Chervyakova is to take place on March 10, and the amount of the claim is still unknown.

Earlier, Ant-Oil chain of petrol stations has already gained notoriety due to the criminal case initiation.

Nadezhda Tarubarova was accused of a large embezzlement of public funds. The former deputy of the United Russia party of the Kursk city council, and the head of the enterprise, Tarubarova, together with her deputy and chief accountant, successfully sold 607 thousand liters of fuels and lubricants that belonged to the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the investigators, three women (Khomyakova, Fenina and Tarubarova) have taken an entrepreneurial order with what the company had received under a government contract. In order to legalize the money acquired from the sale of the fuels, the accomplices filled out false documents, having indicated transactions for 17 million rubles in them. The damage from the deed exceeded 19 million rubles. At the same time, none of the accomplices admitted their guilt.
