The Krasnoyarsk arbitration has received a claim for the bankruptcy of KrAVZ. The initiator of the process is the company "YUK" from the Rostov region. The amount owed is only 839,457.47 rubles. The application was submitted to the court on March 28 (case no. A33-8598/2023).

At the beginning of 2023, the company "YUK" has already won a lawsuit against the plant. The court ruled to recover 1.3 million of debt from the Krasnoyarsk enterprise, Kommersant reports. The basis was the delivery contract, which the legal entity concluded in early 2019.

Rusbankrot has previously considered the possible bankruptcy of KRAVZ. In the autumn of last year, the plant in Krasnoyarsk almost became a defendant in a similar lawsuit, which was planned to be filed by the company "Teplomaster" from Novosibirsk.

The company, which is the legal successor of the NGO "Siberian Medical Technologies", demanded 880 thousand from the enterprise from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including interest. The organization managed to publish information on Fedresource, but it never reached bankruptcy then.

At the end of 2022, the arbitration stopped another bankruptcy process against KRAVRS. In the initiation of this case, the leading role was played by the capital's industrial and trading company "Ecotayz", demanding 573.6 thousand from the defendant. Several other firms from Moscow and Krasnoyarsk planned to join this lawsuit. However, the parties reconciled and the case was closed.

The plant in Krasnoyarsk is engaged in the repair of railway trains (wagons, wheel sets, engines). It is known that in 2021 the company received a net loss of 10.4 million rubles, while in 2020 it made a profit of 57 million rubles. The company's revenue in 2021 amounted to 2.1 billion.
