The cafe chain, which sells shawarma in the Novosibirsk region, Tashtagol, Magnitogorsk and Kuzbass, wants to be declared insolvent. Earlier, the firm did not pay the debt in the amount of 50.75 million and 60.89 million rubles for two bond issues (BO-P01 and BO-P02, respectively).

Until October 1, the company was protected from bankruptcy proceedings by a government moratorium that did not allow creditors to go to court. However, after the moratorium ended, several individuals immediately reported on the Fedresurs portal about their intentions to protect their rights.

On October 2, Sberbank announced its plans. A few days later, similar information was published by the company "Uniline Capital Management" ("YULKM"), representing bondholders.

In its telegram channel, the firm reported that "Uncle Dener" has not paid more than 100 million rubles since March 2022.

Representatives of "YULKM" have already appealed to the bailiffs, demanding to arrest the property of the fast food chain. Bondholders also applied to law enforcement agencies. However, these appeals did not bring material results, and with the lifting of the moratorium, it became possible to act using the legal institution of insolvency.

Rusbankrot already reported on the financial problems of the company in May last year. Experts began discussing the possible bankruptcy of the Uncle Dener network in February of this year, shortly before the start of a special military operation. Then the firm "Dome", specializing in electrical installation, announced its intention to file a claim for the insolvency of the company.

In November 2021, the court declared bankrupt the former co-founder of the organization Anton Gorestov, who was mired in debt. Now the beneficiaries of "Uncle Denera" are Alexander Pavlov, Lyudmila and Anton Suprun. Anton Lykov manages the company's activities. Last year, the company ended with a net loss of over 98 million rubles.
