In Dagestan, a dispute erupted over the opening of an outlet.
Two years ago, the regional leadership initiated a project to build the first clothing outlet in the North Caucasian Federal District. Mark Pinkhasov's company acted as an investor, reports Novoye Delo.
However, last summer, the situation began to change not in favor of the construction of the facility.
The administration of the Karabudakhkentsky municipal District issued a decree to suspend the construction.
Then Pinkhasov made an attempt to judicially challenge the document, simultaneously demanding that the actions of officials who spread false information about his decision to abandon the project should be declared illegal.
The lawsuit was filed at the place of residence of the entrepreneur in the Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow. The judge, referring to non-compliance with the requirements for jurisdiction, did not consider the case, but the appeal returned the materials of case back to Lefortovo.
The case has already been accepted for proceedings, and the first hearing to consider the claims is scheduled for May 18.
It should be noted that the history of the construction of the outlet began back in 2019. Then a symbolic laying of the first stone was made near the Makhachkala airport. It was assumed that the object will occupy an area of 8 hectares and will provide entrepreneurs with 38,000 square meters of retail space. According to RIA Dagestan, at the end of 2019 it was planned to start the construction, and by the summer of 2021, it was planned to finish the construction of the outlet.
