INTECHNIKA THREATENS BANKRUPTCY OF NPO STANKOSTROENIE FROM STERLITAMAK
Sterlitamak NPO Stankostroenie is at risk of becoming involved in an insolvency case. The initiator is Moscow-based Intechnika. The company has already sent a notification of its intention to launch the procedure. The reason for this step was the debt officially confirmed by the court, fixed in the act of the court.
The history of the proceedings goes back to a contract signed by the parties about 2.5 years ago. Under the terms of the transaction, the Bashkir buyer company undertook to transfer funds for the delivery within a week after the registration of the acceptance documents. However, out of the total cost of 99.3 million rubles, Stankostroenie transferred only about 20%. The subsequent complaint did not help. The debtor confirmed that he was in arrears, but never paid off. This eventually led to a court filing.
The litigation started at the end of 2024. Intechnika demanded to collect the principal debt (79.4 million) and a penalty (5.7 million). In response, the opponent filed counterclaims for 1.8 million, citing delivery delays.
Last summer, the arbitration court sided with the Muscovites almost in full, reducing the opponent's counterclaims to a ridiculous amount of 60.8 thousand. Mutual offsets were taken into account and about 85 million rubles were forcibly recovered from the Sterlitamak enterprise. The penalty continues to accumulate until actual repayment.
An attempt to appeal the verdict failed. In November, the court of appeal (18th AAC) confirmed it, leaving it without adjustments.
Industry lawyers remind us that the publication of a bankruptcy warning is not just a formality. The law sets aside a minimum period (15 days) for public disclosure of information so that other creditors have time to declare their claims, and the process is not used for unfair withdrawal of capital. Practice shows that such notifications often work as a "last call": debtors try to repay the debt or conclude a settlement agreement, avoiding a full bankruptcy procedure.
According to open sources, the NGO "Stankostroenie" has been in existence since 2012. The Moscow Stan company is listed as its sole owner. The company's profile is the production of milling machines. Intechnika (established in 2008) is engaged in engineering in mechanical engineering. Both organizations did not publish publicly available reports. Interestingly, back in February 2024, the British authorities imposed sanctions against Stan, the debtor's founder.
