INSULTED CITIZEN OF MOSCOW FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST VLADIMIR POZNER
The day before, it became known that the dispute that flared up on VKontakte social network ended up with filing a lawsuit. The situation occurred due to too heated discussion of the state of affairs in Russia by users of the Pozner Online community.
One of the participants of the discussion unsuccessfully tried to stop the insults at his address from the opponent, appealing to the administration of the service. However, no one responded to his appeal, and he decided to go to court with a claim for the protection of honor and dignity, reports Mash Telegram channel.
The plaintiff intends to collect 200,000 rubles in compensation from journalist Vladimir Pozner as a community administrator, as well as from the social network itself.
At the same time, according to the Federal News Agency, Vladimir Pozner himself does not know anything about the incident, let alone the lawsuit filed. The TV journalist claims that he has connection with the Pozner Online community on the VKontakte social network.
He recalled that he had the Pozner Online website, for which materials were sometimes written. But the website also has an administrator who is responsible for it. Separately, the journalist indicated that he did not have groups and communities in any of the social networks.
When it comes to the claim, Vladimir Pozner notes that if the process is initiated, he will explain his non-involvement in the case in court.
