IN TYUMEN, AN INDUSTRIAL GIANT WILL BANKRUPT A PARTNER FOR A DEBT OF LESS THAN A MILLION
The bankruptcy petition of the Tavdinskaya Wood Processing Company was submitted to the arbitration. The initiator of the case (No. A70-15808/2023) was the partner of the organization represented by the Vinzilinsky Plant of Ceramic Wall Materials. The claim was filed on July 21, 2023, and has not yet been considered by the court. The amount of claims is more than 911.7 thousand rubles.

It is not known what exactly prompted the company to take such a step. Data from open sources indicate that the company engaged in wood processing has reliable assets and a positive profit. The factory has been operating in the region for 12 years in the field of wood harvesting. According to local media, the company's revenue has almost halved in recent years from 28 million rubles in 2021 to 14.6 million in 2022.

Earlier, the manufacturer of expanded clay and bricks has already appealed to arbitration with a claim to the "Tavdinskaya wood Processing Company". In September 2022, the court granted the plant's claim to the woodworking factory for 43,258 rubles, including the collected 2 thousand state duties (case no. A70-15390/2022). However, such a sum of claims is small in order to initiate bankruptcy on the part of an industrial giant.

According to the URA news agency.RU, the plant is connected through its founder with a dozen companies. Some of them are currently in a difficult financial situation. The main beneficiary of the "Vinzilinsky plant of ceramic wall materials" is Sergey Medvedev. He owns a 64% stake. The remaining part of the capital is divided between Denis Zhalnin (28%) and Anatoly Grishko (8%).
