A lawsuit from the Boies Schiller Flexner Company, demanding to bring Google Alphabet Inc. to account, was filed in the court of the American city of San Jose (California). The corporation is once again accused of the illegal collection of the users’ data.

The plaintiff stated that Google monitors its users even in cases when the browser is in a non-disclosure mode. The corporation does this to collect information about the advertising messages and news the users are interested in. However, this violates the law on confidentiality, and is the reason for the appeal to the court.

Boies Schiller Flexner added that Google collected data through the Firebase program - it works inside the application, and the users cannot see it.

We should note that Google received a similar lawsuit in early June - the applicants reported that the company collected data about almost every resident of the United States, doing it even in the anonymous browsers. They demanded $ 5 billion in compensation from Google, and the case is still under consideration.

The United States authorities are also dissatisfied with Google - they plan to file an antitrust lawsuit against the corporation. The company is accused of unfair promotion and monopolization of the Internet search.
