FEDERAL SERVICE FOR SURVEILLANCE ON CONSUMER RIGHTS AND HUMAN WELLBEING FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST BLOGGER FROM TATARSTAN

Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing of Tatarstan filed a lawsuit against Damir Manzhukov, known as blogger Zhukman. The department believes that the defendant defamed their business reputation - we are talking about a video published on Manzhukov's channel.

The reason for the trial is a video called "Geeks from Rosdurnadzor", where a blogger is indignant about the situation with tests for coronavirus. Representatives of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing noted that Manzhukov came to the department without a mask and made a scene - he behaved incorrectly, asked questions and filmed everything.

Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing demands to delete some of the blogger's videos and comments below them.

What is more, the department's claim states the need to refute this information - it denigrates the business reputation. Representatives of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing recalled that after Manzhurov appeared in the building of the organization, a protocol was drawn up against him, after which the court imposed a fine in the amount of 7,500 rubles.
