EX-DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE BANK "RUSSIAN CREDIT" WILL BE BANKRUPTED
EX-DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE BANK "RUSSIAN CREDIT" WILL BE BANKRUPTED
The bankruptcy petition of the former deputy chairman of the Board of the bank "Russian Credit" Dmitry Glazachev has been filed. The application was filed with the Arbitration Court of Moscow (case no. A40-19780/23) by the bank itself, which is currently in bankruptcy proceedings, that is, the DIA Group of Companies is acting on its behalf.
The claim in the amount of almost 6 billion rubles is based, presumably, on a judicial act on the recovery of losses from Glazachev in the framework of the bank's bankruptcy case.
In addition, losses were also recovered from Ushanov Pyotr Vladimirovich, Paramonov Yuri Nikolaevich, Uskov Viktor Gennadievich and Motylev Anatoly Leonidovich.
In addition, the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow considered the case of bringing Glazachev to criminal responsibility under Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, under which the latter was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
