“ELECTROTRANSPORT” COMPANY FILES FOR ITS OWN BANKRUPTCY
On March 11, two lawsuits, demanding to recognize the bankruptcy of MUP “Electrotransport”, were filed in the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The first lawsuit was filed by a tax service, and the second one was filed by the company itself.

According to the case file, a tax service office requires 26,822,240 rubles. The application for self-bankruptcy lists the amount of 1,142,810,202 rubles. "Electrotransport"  company from the city of Naberezhnye Chelny is known for the case with KAMAZ "NEFAZ" buses. The company had leased 190 vehicles, but did not pay for obligations, having accumulated a debt of more than 45 million rubles. As a result, KAMAZ demanded the buses to be returned - this was done, however, passengers found themselves in a difficulty, as they had nothing to move by around the city.

The lawsuits have not been accepted into production yet, but it is worth noting that one of the KAMAZ units also announced its intention to file for the bankruptcy of “Electrotransport”. It is very possible that the concern will soon join the case.
