EasyJet Airlines got hacked, which was officially announced by the air carrier. As a result of illegal digital activities, there was a leak of personal data of 9 million customers.

Among the declassified information, there was information about e-mail addresses and the trips made.

2.2 thousand users were extremely unlucky - they found themselves in the situation of credit card information disclosure.

After EasyJet had announced a hacker attack, a class - action lawsuit was filed against the airline. For the moment, 10,000 people from more than 50 countries have signed the statement.

It is known that the PGMBM legal company of London will take on the case, and the lawsuit itself is the largest lawsuit in the UK, considering the number of plaintiffs of the same case.

Commenting on the impending lawsuit, the representative of EasyJet noted that the company was aware of the lawsuit filed, but there was no certainty about serious complaints of the plaintiffs as part of the statements of claims.
