“Doctor Plus” medical center is bankrupting “Sogaz” company
On March 23, the Moscow Arbitration Court received a lawsuit from “Doctor Plus” medical center LLC with a demand to declare bankruptcy of the “Gas Industry Insurance Company” JSC. The amount of debt is not indicated in the application.
“Doctor Plus” medical center is located in Yekaterinburg. The details of the conflict have not been disclosed yet, however, considering the specifics of the companies, it is very possible that the medical center has claims for non-fulfillment of the insurance obligations under voluntary health insurance. At the beginning of February 2020, “Doctor Plus” had already filed a lawsuit against “SOGAZ”, the amount of claims was 91 856 rubles. The case is accepted for the proceedings and is being considered by the court.
It should also be noted that “SOGAZ” company is controlled by “Gazprom”.
