The searches were carried out at the houses of the author and producer of the Youtube channel, Andrey Klochkov, as well as at the other members of the film crew.  A criminal case was opened under the article ‘Hooliganism’.

According to the telegram channel of journalist Alexei Pivovarov, the filming participants are accused under Part 3 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - hooliganism with the use of explosives.  Law enforcement agencies got interested in the video in which the fake deputy Vitaly Nalivkin shoots a suspicious bag from a grenade launcher, trying to prevent a terrorist attack.
The video was posted 1.5 months ago, but the representatives of the law enforcement agencies got interested in it only now.
According to the plot, Nalivkin is trying to shoot a suspicious bag found at a bus stop from a grenade launcher. But first, he misses and hits the United Russia billboard.  Later, Nalivkin still shoots the bus stop, but the bag remains where it was.

Earlier, another video of Nalivkin was in the center of scandal - with a parody of the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.  She was played by the repeatedly convicted Larisa Krivonosova.  As a result, the woman was sentenced to 3 months in a general regime colony under Art.  314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, non-compliance with the administrative restrictions.

Vitaly Nalivkin is a fictional sketch show character.  He represents the ‘Ussuriysky District’, imitating officials and bringing the situations to the point of complete absurdity.
