COACH AYAZ SHABUTDINOV WAS SUED BECAUSE OF A FAILED DEAL

A corporate dispute has been initiated in relation to the "Like-center", the Yekaterinburg project of the famous coach Ayaz Shabutdinov. The Arbitration Court of Moscow initiated proceedings on the claim of an investor from the Sverdlovsk region (case no. A40-226454/23).

The victim in 2018 decided to invest in the "Like Center". According to Shot, he expected to receive 7 million rubles of dividends for 3 years. However, the investment ended with 2 million rubles of losses. The man did not receive any promised money.

The assistant of the legendary "coach" offered the investor to buy out his share in "Like Center" for 500 thousand rubles. Additionally, the man was to receive 1.5 million rubles.

Later, 500 thousand rubles were transferred to the victim. That was the end of it. Representatives of the "Like-center" stopped contacting together with the promised 1.5 million. This was the reason for filing an application to the court.

The court hearing is scheduled for November 15.
