CHAIN OF PHOTO SALONS IN UFA RECEIVED A BANKRUPTCY SUIT FROM ROSCOMSNABBANK
On January 11, the arbitration court of Bashkiria received an claim from a credit institution, demanding that the Fotonur company from Ufa should be declared insolvent. The initiator of the bankruptcy was the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency, which is the bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt Roskomsnabbank. The case itself (No. A07-369/2022) has not yet been accepted for consideration by the arbitration court.
According to the published court materials, Fotonur owed the bank a large amount. The reason was the loan agreements concluded in 2014-2015. The credit institution managed to sue the company over 571.3 million rubles, including 378.2 million rubles of principal debt, as well as penalties (124.6 million rubles) and interest for the use of funds (68.6 million).
The beneficiary of the enterprise is Ildar Zaydullin, who several years before acquired a full stake in the company. In the city, the organization was known as a chain of photo shops selling optics and photographic products. According to open sources, the company did not receive income in 2020, and its losses by the beginning of 2021 amounted to 24.7 million rubles.
Experts note that the bankruptcy trustee of Roskomsnabbank has entered the ‘warpath’. For example, in addition to Photonur LLC, 33 more businesses turned out to be candidates for bankruptcy on January 11, including organizations (Ekostroy Investment and Construction Group, Spetsavtosnab, Continent, Svayaspetsstroy-Ufa, Alliance, Garant, Inpromstroy, Avangard etc.) and individuals (D.A. Tonoyan, S.A. Tonoyan).
The next day (January 12, 2021), 7 more companies were added to this list (Fregat, Etalon, BashinvestdomStroy, Stroymontazh, Center Standard, Center and CEFAL-IFK).

We should recall that the bank itself was declared insolvent by arbitration court in mid-2021. The credit institution lost its banking permit in March 2019. The regulator considered that in its work, the bank used models resembling a financial pyramid.
