“BEAUTY OF THE NATIONAL GUARD” WILL DEMAND 1 MILLION RUBLES COMPENSATION FOR NON-PECUNIARY DAMAGE
Anna Khramtsova, known as the winner of the all-Russian photo competition "Beauty of the Russian National Guard", made a decision to apply to the court with a claim against the former administration. The girl was fired from the National Guard because of the video posted in Instagram.
According to E1.RU Ekaterinburg Online media, Khramtsova intends to demand 1 million rubles in moral compensation for her unfair dismissal.
The girl has already applied to the Yekaterinburg court before, demanding to return her to the service.
On her Instagram page, Khramtsova said that she was not asking for more than a million rubles, because "even a priceless human life in our law enforcement practice is estimated at 1 million rubles." Anna added that she did not expect generosity from the system, and in case she wins an action, she will transfer part of the money to the Doctor Lisa charitable foundation.
According to the official version, Khramtsova was fired from the Russian National Guard over a video on social networks, where office premises were captured. However, the girl herself stated that it was just an excuse, and the dismissal itself took place due to the envy of colleagues.
