AN APPLICATION FOR BANKRUPTCY OF THE REVYAKINO METALLURGICAL PLANT HAS BEEN FILED

The Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Tula region appealed to the court. As a basis for declaring the debtor bankrupt, the applicant indicates the occurrence of arrears on VAT, personal income tax and insurance premiums in the amount of 94 million rubles.

On the basis of the requirements for the payment of mandatory payments to the tax service, decisions were made to bring the debtor to tax liability, which were also not fulfilled by him.

The Department applied to the FSSP with applications for the initiation of enforcement proceedings, but the property that could be foreclosed on was not identified.

In this regard, the Federal Tax Service applied for recognition of the debtor as bankrupt (previously, Revyakino Metallurgical Plant LLC filed an application to waive the moratorium).

At the moment, the application has been left without movement by the court on the grounds of the applicant's failure to provide information about the debtor's property, at the expense of which the costs of the procedure could be paid.

At the same time, the Management initially noted in its statement that according to the debtor's account statements and property data, there is no possibility of covering court costs in connection with the bankruptcy case.

In addition, the applicant noted that operations on the debtor's account have not been performed since 2021.
