AMUR GOLD-MINING COMPANY RECEIVED A BANKRUPTCY CLAIM
An individual entrepreneur Olga Lushpey filed for bankruptcy of the Amur gold mining company (INN 2801229639) located in the Amur Region. It is known that the court has already accepted the application for proceedings, and scheduled a court hearing on its consideration on March 15.  The amount of the debt declared by the entrepreneur is almost 1.2 million rubles.

The reason for the bankruptcy of the gold miner may be the contract for the supply of spare parts dated June 25, 2018, which the company acquired from Olga Lushpei. The Amur company had to pay the amount of money for the delivered goods in full by the end of November 2018, but the obligation was violated.

Due to the arisen debt of almost half a million rubles, the entrepreneur was forced to apply to the commercial court with a claim, which was eventually satisfied.

In February 2020, the court ruled to collect from the gold miner not only 492.5 thousand rubles of the principal debt, but also 363.3 thousand rubles of forfeit, as well as 20 thousand as expenses for payment of entertainment services and a little more than 20 thousand of the state duty. The court decision was not appealed, and Olga Lushpey, apparently, did not wait for the payment of the debt, having applied to the court with a claim for the company's insolvency.

According to data from open sources, it is known that the company has been operating since March 2017. Its owner and manager is Stepan Panchenko. The company with an authorized capital of 30 thousand rubles specializes in the extraction of precious metals and ore.
