According to its terms, the company has committed to pay 32.5 million rubles to creditors by the end of October. The same amount must be repaid by November 30th. The remaining part of the debt (30 million) must be paid by February 10, 2024. Thus, the entire amount of 95 million will be repaid. The company cannot unilaterally terminate the settlement agreement. The bankruptcy proceedings were closed in April 2023.
