ALFA-BANK DEMANDS ON THE 177 MILLION RUBLES PAYMENT FROM «UNICORP»
On November 15, the Moscow Arbitration Court received a claim from Alfa-Bank JSC to «Unicorp» LLC.
The amount of the claim is 176 657 404 rubles. The «Unicorp» company appeared in the story of the wine importer Eurowine - in April all the goods of the supplier were arrested by the bailiffs. That was done because of the claim of «Unicorp», which bought back the debt from Alfa Bank. A little later, «Unicorp» filed a petition for declaring Eurowine a bankrupt - now bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the importer.
