According to Kommersant-Kuban, the potential debtor is a part of the Bris-Bosfor Group of Companies, on the territory of which the production facilities of the factory was supposed to be located. VetAnna LLC was registered 7 years ago in Novorossiysk, and in 2017 its management came up with an idea to create a shoe factory. Then the initiative was supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, and a large investment was announced. Whether the factory will continue its work is still unknown.
