On May 11, a 17-year-old schoolboy from Blagoveshchensk published information on an allegedly impending terrorist attack in an educational institution on social networks. Now a criminal case has been opened against him for false reporting of terrorism.
The teenager said that he was preparing a crime that would take place in the Blagoveshchensk school ¹ 27. As a result, the classes were canceled, and the special services checked the received signal. The young man wrote that he would do "the same" under the video from the events in Kazan.
After the arrest, the student said that he was joking.
The message was found in the comments in one of the Telegram channels. A criminal case was opened against a young man who born in 2003 under Part 2 of Art. 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (knowingly false reporting of terrorism) - the punishment can be up to 5 years in prison.
