CJSC Tipek from Sovetsk applied to arbitration. The company planned to send an appeal earlier, but did not find the funds in time to pay the state duty. As a result, the lawsuit was accepted by the court on May 4. The hearing on the case is scheduled to take place on May 31. It is by Tuesday that the company will have to decide on a candidate for arbitration managers.
The bakery enterprise in Sovetsk has existed since 1947, it was the largest bakery in the east of the Kaliningrad region. The plant's website reports that Tipek produces about 140 different types of products. The company employs about 70 employees.
CJSC Tipek has been managing the bakery since 2002. Recent years have been unprofitable for the company. In 2020, losses amounted to 2.7 million rubles, and in 2021 – 1.6 million rubles. The organization's revenue also gradually decreased. In 2020, it amounted to 73.4 million rubles. In 2021, CJSC received revenue of 72.7 million rubles.
In March of this year, residents of Sovetsk began to complain that the bakery suddenly sharply increased the prices of products.
However, according to local sources, the rise in price affected almost all categories of goods.
The legal status of the organization (CJSC) does not allow us to say unequivocally who exactly is the beneficiary of the company at a given time. It is known that when the company was founded in 2002, the main shareholder was the late Vaidas Abaryus. He owned 52% of the shares. The remaining package was divided equally between Alexander Skachkov and Elena Osherova.
Interestingly, the CEO of Tipek, Alexander Logvinov, who is one of the deputies of the city district in Sovetsk, earned almost 8 million rubles last year, which is almost four times more than the losses of the CJSC for the same period of time.
