A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST FAKE LAWYERS WAS INITIATED IN THE CITY OF PERM
In Perm, fake legal activities of one of the legal companies were terminated after intervention of the police officers. According to recent reports, 14 employees of the company committed fraud, illegally receiving money from customers.
The fake lawyers called people and invited them for consultations, assuring that they could help with increasing the size of pensions and avoiding arrears.
In the first case, an application to the Pension Fund was filled in the presence of the customer, after which, according to the fraudsters, the amount of the pension was to increase. In the second case, the firm's employees promised to carry out bankruptcy proceedings, after which the debts would be written off.
In both cases, the promised goals were not achieved and the deceived clients filed statements with law enforcement agencies. At the moment, police officers have more than a hundred of statements and the amount of damage caused is estimated at 1 million rubles.
As a part of the criminal case, laptops and documentation have already been seized from the company's offices. Both alleged organizers have been detained.
