The Saratov Arbitration Court (AS SO) has initiated bankruptcy proceedings for a regional player in the construction market. The bankruptcy petition against JSC Saratovoblzhilstroy was filed by the Triada law firm. A corresponding entry has already been made in the electronic arbitration case file (No. A57-6076/2026). The total amount of claims is 50.4 million rubles.

However, it is premature to speak of the commencement of the trial at this time. The court has not yet issued a ruling accepting the claim, so the details of the appeal and supporting materials are not yet being officially disclosed.

It is known that the debt in question had accrued previously and had already been the subject of litigation. The previous dispute concerned unfulfilled obligations under a construction contract. The initial ruling was in favor of the Triada agency, and the trial court ordered the construction company to repay the debt. This ruling was subsequently upheld on appeal: the Twelfth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld it.

Despite this, the case has not yet reached a final conclusion. The defendant disagreed with the colleagues' findings, and the case has now been referred to the cassation court, the Arbitration Court of the Volga District, where the builders' appeal is still pending.

Saratovoblzhilstroy has long been considered a significant player in the market. The organization is affiliated with former regional Duma deputy (United Russia faction) Leonid Pisnoy. In previous years, the developer was actively involved in government procurement and received large public sector contracts.

However, the company's business has recently encountered difficulties. Some contracts signed with it were cancelled. Furthermore, violations were discovered during construction on projects, resulting in administrative fines.

It's worth noting that the company itself has been involved in litigation before, but more often as a plaintiff. Last year, for example, Saratovoblzhilstroy attempted to recover funds from the Municipal State Institution "Capital Construction." The total amount of claims against the municipal institution at the time exceeded 40 million rubles.

The initiative has now passed to the creditors. The Triada law firm will now seek bankruptcy protection for the debtor through the courts. Further developments depend on how quickly the arbitration court considers the petition and whether the claims are justified.
