3.7 MILLION RUBLES LAWSUIT WAS FILED AGAINST STAVROPOL AIRPORT
The Commercial Court of Moscow is to consider the claims of the “Administration of Civil Airports (Airfields)” Federal State Unitary Enterprise to the Stavropol airport. The sum of the declared claims amounted to over 3.7 million rubles.
The debt arises from the agreement signed between the parties and includes both the principal debt and the penalty for late performance of the obligation.
It is curious that the commercial court has recently been accepting the numerous claims of the “Administration of Civil Airports (Airfields) Federal State Unitary Enterprise. This year, claims have already been registered to Chelyabinsk Aviation Enterprise, the airports of Samara, Gelendzhik, Tomsk, Elista, Moscow Vnukovo airport and a number of other defendants.
At the same time, the “Administration of Civil Airports (Airfields) Federal State Unitary Enterprise " itself is engaged in the management of the property of airfield complexes throughout the country, and also implements projects for the reconstruction and construction of airfield infrastructure facilities.
For now, the statement of claim against the Stavropol airport has been left without action due to procedural violations committed by the plaintiff: the court has not got any evidence of sending a copy of the claim with the documents attached to it to the defendant. This violation should be eliminated by the end of February, otherwise the claim will have to be resubmitted.
