ZAPSIBGAZPROM-GAZIFICATION RECEIVED A CLAIM FOR 3.5 BILLION
The legal risks of bankruptcy are increasing for the Tyumen company Zapsibgazprom-Gazification. The reason was the presentation of another statement of claim from the company "Garant" with financial claims for 3.5 billion rubles. This appeal to arbitration has added to the extensive register of legal claims against the company, the amount of which exceeded the 18 billion mark for the year.

In the context of the possible initiation of an insolvency case, the key creditors are PPK Military Construction Company with a claim of 15 billion and GVSU No. 7 (FSUE). Earlier, arbitration had already considered a bankruptcy application from StroyVektorPro. The plaintiff's claims amounted to 722.6 million, which confirms the systemic nature of the problems.

The legal status of the company underlines its affiliation to the Metropol group, the beneficiary of which is former State Duma deputy Mikhail Slipenchuk. The company, which has been operating in the construction sector since 1999, is showing a deterioration in financial performance: revenue for 2024 fell by 27% to 25.1 billion, while net profit decreased by 23%.

The legal situation is aggravated by labor disputes and criminal prosecution. Numerous violations of labor legislation, expressed in months-long delays in wages, led to the fact that the investigation (IC RF) opened a criminal case in May. Staff often receive payments only after the intervention of the supervisory authorities. Many facilities, including strategic ones in the Arctic and the Far Eastern region, are frozen.

The statement of claim from the "Guarantor" signals an increase in the crisis aspects of insolvency. This creates real prerequisites for the introduction of insolvency proceedings against the defendant.
