The Arbitration Court of the North-Western District (AS ZSO) recognized the application for insolvency of Forel Standard LLC as justified and introduced a monitoring procedure for the company. This stage is necessary to assess the debtor's actual financial situation, identify assets, and analyze debt settlement opportunities. The process is supervised by the arbitration manager.

The Yazhelbitsky Fish Farm filed an application for insolvency with the court. The company initiated the case due to a debt of more than 43.8 million rubles. To this amount, the plaintiff added another 7.3 million as interest accrued in accordance with art. 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and 200 thousand as expenses for the payment of state duty. Additionally, a requirement was made to charge additional payments for the year (from November 1, 2023 to November 13, 2024).

The Trout Standard enterprise is known in the region as one of the key enterprises processing fish products and producing canned food. The company is part of the Rybstandart holding, which unites several organizations registered in several regions, including St. Petersburg.

Earlier bankruptcy procedures have already affected other divisions of Rybstandart. Despite receiving regional subsidies, according to unofficial information, the organization found itself with a load of impressive debts to suppliers and other contractors.

Information on declaring Trout Standard bankrupt is in the judicial file (case no.A56-61780/2025). The procedure introduced against the company is aimed at finding out whether the company has a chance to restore its solvency. Otherwise, we should expect the organization to move to the next stages of bankruptcy.
