The measure will start working on December 1, and so far it will concern the notofocations sent through the State Services portal. Subsequently, SMS notifications and calls are expected to be introduced as well.

The possibilities for remote work of notaries are expanding.

Conclusion of distance transactions with the participation of several notaries at once will soon become a reality. This service can be convenient when buying real estate in another region. In addition, it will be possible to receive a number of notary services in electronic form. In particular, their list includes: receipt of funds in deposit, transfer of electronic documents to both individuals and legal entities, certification of the correct translation of a document into another language. The notaries themselves will be given the opportunity to identify the client using a unified biometric system in case they are in doubt. The rule will start working on December 29.

From the beginning of December, beneficiaries will be able to purchase railway tickets online.

According to the new rules, in order to purchase a travel document at a reduced price, it will no longer be necessary to personally go to the ticket office and show a document confirming a right for a discount. Sellers of electronic tickets will receive such information through the federal information systems. For this purpose, it should be possible to identify the user on the websites selling tickets of operators through the Unified Portal of State Services. The service will also make it possible to return unused tickets not only for the privileged categories of citizens, but also for all the buyers.

The motor vehicle certificates passports (MVC), vehicle registration certificates (VRC) and driver's licenses issued from December 3 will have a slightly different form.

For the driver's licenses, changes will affect the inscriptions in the upper front part, where the phrase "Driver's license" will be duplicated in English and French. This was done in order to bring the document in line with international law. The VRC should contain information about the engine power of the car, as well as the information about the period of state registration in the case of a limited period of registration of the vehicle. The form of the MVC has undergone only minor changes. Documents issued before December 3 can be used until expire date, but no later than until January 1, 2025.   

The term for choosing the format for maintaining work record books expires on December 31.

Over the past six months, employees have been able to choose whether employers continue to keep their paper work record books or convert them to the electronic format. At the same time, the transition to electronic work record books is voluntary.
