A number of innovations regulating the various areas of the Russian population’s life come into force on July 1st, and the most important of them are collected in this article.



Voting on the amendments to the main law of the country ends on 1 July. If the proposed 206 changes are approved by the majority of the country's citizens, the president will issue a decree regulating the moment the innovations enter into force.   

For the microcredit companies, a rule to increase their funds for the subsequent implementation of the activities will come into force. It will be necessary to contribute another 1 million rubles, in three years the state plans to achieve the level of 5 million rubles.

From the beginning of the month to the end of the year, working citizens will have the right to choose a paper or electronic personal employment book.

The payments to the families with children under 16 previously announced by Vladimir Putin begin on 1 July as well. It is assumed that the amount of payment will be 10,000 rubles for each child, and the funds will be automatically transferred to those who have previously applied for other pandemic support measures.

The requirement of compulsory labeling of medicines, as well as shoes and tobacco, will go into effect. Failure to comply with the new requirement will result in fines from 30 to 300 thousand rubles.

An introduction of the new taxation regime will begin for the self-employed population. It will become available for about 3 million people, and it will be possible to obtain a self-employed status from the age of 16.

Starting from 1 July, the opening of the domestic tourist season is expected, the citizens of country will be able to move freely within Russia, observing the necessary precautions.

New rules are introduced for the registration of cars that have been customized through tuning. Now it will be necessary to visit a technical laboratory to customize a car, and the right-hand drive vehicles will be possible to import into the country only if there is an appropriate certificate of their safety.

Strong alcoholic drinks will not be any more bottled in small bottles of 250 and 375 ml. A new standard comes into force since the beginning of the month.
