A number of changes are expected in several areas of life of Russian citizens. Here are the most significant of them.



Indexation of salaries for several categories of budget employees will begin on October 1. Among them, there are judges, employees of state budgetary institutions of the federal level, personnel of the state bodies, as well as the employees of military units and federal executive bodies that provide for the military or equivalent service.

The indexation will be made at the inflation rate of the previous year - 3%.

From the beginning of the month, the provision on an expanded list of goods that are subject to the mandatory labelling comes into effect. From now on, it will be impossible to sell perfume products, cameras and flashlights without labelling.

According to the official statement of the Pension Fund, all social payments will be made only to the Mir card from the beginning of the month. At the same time, if the card has not been issued, then payments will simply not be made.

The size of the minimum wage for the capital will grow by 166 rubles and will amount to 20,361 rubles. We should recall that the Moscow minimum wage is reconsidered on a quarterly basis and depends on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied citizens.

The amount of insurance compensation for a number of deposits will be increased up to 10,000,000 rubles.

In particular, the rule will apply to individuals in the situation of selling residential premises or the land on which the house is located, during inheritance, as well as in a situation of compensation for harm, caused to life or health, and in case of receiving various kinds of social benefits.
