VLAD PAPER'S BUSINESS IN RUSSIA IS UNDER THREAT OF BANKRUPTCY
In the near future, arbitration may receive an insolvency claim from Paper Paper (TIN 9705157208). The company is associated with the famous blogger Vlad Paper. A few days ago (March 11, 2025), the company published its message on the Fedresurs portal.
The legal entity produces and sells snack products under the brand of a popular content maker. In the previous reporting period, the company demonstrated significant financial performance. Its revenue for 2023 reached 3.9 billion, and the company earned 186 million on this. However, the current financial situation of the organization turned out to be unstable.
Vlad Paper, Alexey Klochkov and Vitalius Paulus are considered to be the main owners of the company. The paper controls the business through Cyprus-based A4Group Ltd. Klochkov has administrative experience working in the Dixy and Pyaterochka networks. Paulus previously specialized in advertising communications.
At the moment, seven lawsuits are pending before the courts. All of them are related to unfulfilled contractual obligations in the supply of components for the production of snack products and packaging materials. The total amount of financial claims is estimated at approximately 40 million. The most significant claim (in the amount of 29.7 million) was presented by the representative office of the German manufacturer of food ingredients ADM Wild Europe in Russia.
The Paper's business structure is divided between several legal entities. The Belarusian entrepreneur carries out his blogging activity directly through the Achetyre company. Its revenue in 2023 is 794 million, and its profit is 377.3 million.
In its publication about plans to initiate bankruptcy, Paper Paper identified two creditors. In addition to Wild Russia, the largest financial institution in the country, Sberbank, appears on the list.
In accordance with the regulatory requirements of the law "On Bankruptcy", a firm can initiate legal proceedings on its own insolvency within 15 to 30 days. Further development of the situation may follow one of two scenarios: measures will be taken to financially improve and maintain the functioning of the enterprise, or the procedure for the sale of property will follow, and then the termination of the legal entity's activities.
