TROITSKIY VODOKANAL WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
Chelyabinsk arbitration recognized the company "Troitskiy vodokanal Drainage" (TIN 7424007690) bankrupt. The decision on the case (no. A76-36587/2022) was made on May 2, 2023. The trial was initiated in November 2022 by the Ural Energy Marketing Company, to which the utility company owed 13,517,844.85 rubles. This was not the first appeal related to non-payment of money for consumed electricity.

Since December 19, 2022, the organization has been under surveillance. The functions of the interim manager were performed by Mikhail Sentyurin, representing the Siberian Guild of Anti-Crisis Managers. In the process, he discovered that the company could have been bankrupted intentionally. The register of debts to creditors included claims to the organization in the amount of 88.494 million rubles, writes Kommersant

As a result, the court introduced a bankruptcy procedure at the enterprise until November 2, 2023. The arbitration approved Mikhail Sentyurin for the position of bankruptcy trustee (CU), appointing the next meeting for October 24. During this time, the KU will have to analyze the financial condition of the organization by submitting a report with an inventory of the necessary documents to the court in advance.

Troitskiy Vodokanal Vodootvedenie (LLC) was owned by Natalia Kudryashova and Yakov Anikin, local media write. Until recently, the work of the company was led by Alexander Shishkov. The company was established in August 2016. In 2018, the company received the management of utility networks from a bankrupt municipal utility company. Another part of the assets was transferred to another legal entity owned by the same owners (LLC "Troitskiy Vodokanal Water Supply").

The process of transferring Troitsk utility networks to both companies caused displeasure among the regional division of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The Antimonopoly Service demanded that the property be returned to the ownership of the municipality. However, the authorities did not do this. Already in February 2023, the arbitration court ordered the local administration to transfer all drainage networks to a concession.

It should be recalled that Troitskiy Vodokanal Water Supply began to go bankrupt in July 2021 (case no. A76-21819/2021). In March 2022, the company introduced a monitoring procedure for Vyacheslav Ipatiev's claim in the amount of 34,651,940.13 rubles. Since November 2022, the organization has been undergoing bankruptcy proceedings under the management of Ivan Sentyurin.
