TINKOFF BANK WILL ACT AS A DEFENDANT IN A COLLECTIVE ACTION OF EMPLOYEES FOR NON-PAYMENT

A group of these employees intends to file a collective labor claim for recognition of legal relations with the bank as labor and recovery of lost income.

We are talking about about 11 thousand people, the bank itself explains the situation with technical reasons and declares that payments are already underway, some employees have received what is due.

Particular attention is drawn to this situation by the fact that this is the first case of a collective action for the recognition of civil contracts as labor contracts, since current practice proceeds from the purely individual nature of such claims.

Taking into account the specifics of the dispute, as well as the volume of claims, there are serious reasons to believe that the parties to the conflict will try to settle the dispute peacefully, since for the bank the trial means significant costs for representatives, as well as payments for the plaintiffs' court costs, if the claim is satisfied.
