THEY ARE TRYING TO DECLARE A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR FROM TAMBOV BANKRUPT
On October 14, 2024, the arbitration received an application from the Dorline company from the village of Novaya Usman (Voronezh region). In it, the organization asked the court to recognize the insolvency of the Tambov company Stroy Nes-Ab from Tambov (case no. A64-10282/2024). The amount of the claims amounted to 2,743,141.93 rubles. Until November 18, the court left the claim without motion.
The defendant has been working in Tambov since the autumn of 2000, specializing in construction work and roadway repairs. The company is headed by Misak Demurchyan. During its operation, Stroy Nes-Ab managed to participate in 138 government contracts, receiving about 11.5 billion rubles in revenue from them.
In 2021 and 2022, the company performed a contract for the repair of roads and sidewalks in Tambov. The municipal customer was dissatisfied with their result. He demanded that the contractor eliminate the comments on his own, but eventually appealed to the Tambov arbitration.
The lawsuit between the municipality and the construction company in court (case no.A64-11135/2023), initiated in December 2023, ended in May 2024. The court ordered the contractor to eliminate the defects at its own expense and pay a fine in the amount of 2,334,391.05 rubles. This is not the only dispute that the Tambov authorities are having with the company in the arbitration court.
Prior to filing the bankruptcy claim, Dorline conducted 5 court disputes with the defendant, one of which (case no. A64-9089/2024) was initiated by Stroy Nes-Ab. For example, one of the cases initiated in March 2024 (case No. A64-2021/2024) ended with a May court decision to recover almost 1.2 million of the principal debt and more than 118 thousand as interest.
The ex-head of the Stroy Nes-Ab company was charged with major fraud in 2024. Investigators found that in 2021-2022, the organization overestimated the cost of building materials, which led to the theft of 8.2 million rubles from the budget.
