Tersis-Pack, LLC, a major Russian supplier of packaging for the alcohol market, has found itself in the area of creditors' close attention. Information appeared on the Fedresurs website about Sberbank's intention to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against its owner Ruslan Drohomiretsky. The registry only notes the fact that the requirements are being prepared, the exact amount is not disclosed.

At the same time, the bank plans to apply to the court for the insolvency of the LLC itself, which is registered in the city of Pokrov (Vladimir region). Earlier this fall, the tax authorities submitted a similar request to arbitration. The reason was the company's debt to the budget, exceeding 15.3 million rubles. At the moment, the court has left the claim of the Federal Tax Service without motion, without starting proceedings.

Despite the current financial difficulties, the company occupies a prominent place in its industry. Legally, the company has existed since 2016 and has more than 223 million rubles in the authorized capital. However, according to the corporate website, the actual activity in the alcohol packaging market has been going on for over two decades.

Our regular partners include well-known alcohol producers (Beluga Group, Yerevan Brandy Factory). Some of the production facilities are located outside of Russia – in Italy and Portugal.

Financial reports show positive dynamics. According to information from open sources, the company's revenue in 2024 amounted to 1.1 billion, continuing to grow. At the same time, by the end of the same period, accounts payable reached almost 600 million rubles.

It is noteworthy that shortly before the information about the bankruptcy appeared, ambitious expansion plans were announced on the company's corporate blog. These included the introduction of innovations, the launch of new lines and the development of the market for non-alcoholic products.
