Financial claims against the developer are formed by both legal entities and individuals. According to the Federal Register (EFRSB), four documents from the creditors of the organization have already been received by WU. The largest amount of debt is 449.8 million rubles, Dom.RF stated. The credit institution wants to recognize the debt under an agreement drawn up in the fall of 2020. The bank indicates that the developer has failed to fulfill its obligations. The list of creditors also includes Dmitry Besedin, Sergey Sokolov and the firm Alfastroypodryad. Besedin is demanding 47.3 million based on a deal on the alienation of project documentation, as well as promissory notes and loan obligations. The organization claims 39.3 million under several contractual agreements. Sokolov announced a debt of 2.4 million on a targeted loan.
The initiator of the insolvency proceedings was the developer himself. The firm filed for insolvency in September. In court, the company indicated a total debt of 848.7 million. The analysis of the submitted materials did not reveal any obstacles to the sale of collateral assets.
According to open sources, the company was established in Gelendzhik six years ago. Dmitry Besedin remains the sole executive body and owner of the organization. He also heads the construction company ASP.
According to the financial results for last year, the company managed to earn 834 million rubles, receiving 8.9 million rubles as a net profit. At the same time, the debt to creditors at the reporting date was 49.4 million.
