THE TAX AUTHORITIES FAILED TO BANKRUPT THE AIRLINE FROM SURGUT
The arbitration of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug refused to recognize the Federal Tax Service No. 10 airline from Surgut as bankrupt. The claim was filed by the tax authorities on February 21, 2024. The fiscal officers demanded 3,743,952.14 rubles from Avia-TA. As a result, it was decided to terminate the case, and to refuse to satisfy the stated requirements from the Federal Tax Service (case No. A75-3108/2024).
As reported in court materials, by the time of the court session, a petition for termination of proceedings was submitted to the arbitration (paragraph 1 of Article 57 of the Bankruptcy Law). It turned out that there were no sources for financing the insolvency procedure, and the tax authority reported that it was impossible to do this at the expense of the treasury.
According to Pravda UrFO, the airline could repay a significant part of the debt to the tax authorities. At the same time, the current trial is not the first in the history of the organization's relationship with fiscal authorities. At the end of 2023, employees of the Federal Tax Service had already filed a similar claim for the insolvency of Avia-TA, which was not further developed.
According to the company's representatives, it regularly makes tax payments. Part of the debt was indeed formed in connection with a difficult situation. The company offered the Federal Tax Service to draw up a debt repayment schedule, but the tax authorities refused to agree on it. However, by the last hearing, almost all of the debt had been liquidated.
Avia-TA (INN 8602072455), according to open sources, is a "daughter" of the Vpcom company, established by Fly Sky Holding JSC. In turn, the publication Pravda UrFO indicates the connection of the enterprise with the activities of the company "Helix". The company was established in 2008. Since October 2021, the company has been headed by Vladimir Fokin.
