THE MANAGER OF ALFASTROY FAILED TO VERIFY THE PREMEDITATION OF BANKRUPTCY
Irina Dubareva, who was approved by the interim manager of the Chelyabinsk company Alfastroy, had to announce the results of an audit of the organization in connection with the possible premeditation of its bankruptcy. The law enforcement agencies accuse the owner of the enterprise, deputy of the Chelyabinsk City Duma Oleg Ivanov of this.
According to Dubareva, it is not possible to verify the presence or absence of signs of premeditation. The temporary manager did not find any grounds to assume that the bankruptcy of Alfastroy could be fictitious. The relevant information was published on the Fedresource portal.

Another bankruptcy case of the Alfastroy Construction management, founded by Oleg Ivanov, continues to be considered by the arbitration of Kalmykia (No. A22-1073/2018). The bankruptcy trustee filed a lawsuit demanding to recover 162 million from the founder. However, the court has so far suspended the resolution of this issue. The act on attracting the beneficiary of the company to the subsidiary has not yet entered into force.
Ivanov remains in jail. The MP was previously arrested by law enforcement agencies on a number of charges. The investigation believes that the owner of Alfastroy was engaged in tax fraud and engaged in illegal financial turnover. Creditors' claims against the business structures of Deputy Ivanov amount to billions.
