THE COURT WILL CONSIDER THE BANKRUPTCY CASE OF THE TOMSK-KINOMIR CINEMA
At the end of October 2023, Tomsk tax authorities applied to arbitration with a statement demanding that Tomsk-Kinomir be declared insolvent (case no. A67-10136/2023). The organization's debt to the fiscal authorities amounted to 377,875.99 rubles. Initially, the lawsuit was left without motion. But on December 5, the court issued an act, scheduling the case for January 18.

According to sources, the organization was previously the owner of a famous historical building in Tomsk, the first city cinema. The building area is 1800 sq. m. meters. However, since 2021, the building has come under the full control of Sibagro.

For some time, several architectural monuments of the Siberian city were managed by the Tomsk Crystal Company (JSC), renting them out. However, in 2021, the Agrarian Group-Capital (Sibagro structure) acquired a full stake in the company. After that, the holding's real estate grew not only with the building of the former Kinomir, but also with other equally well-known objects, including the so-called Vtorov Passage.

As Kommersant reports, Tomsk mayor Dmitry Makhinya recently announced that an art center is planned to be equipped in the premises of the former cinema. On October 17, the head of Sibagro, Sergey Ilyinykh, announced plans to create a youth center in the former Kinomir building.
