THE COURT STOPPED CONSIDERATION OF ROSBANK'S CLAIM AGAINST ING BANK
The Arbitration Court of the capital has terminated consideration of Rosbank's claim for $20.1 million and 10 million rubles against the Dutch ING Bank and its branch in Britain. Both defendants were transferred to the status of third parties in the case (A40-37598/2024).
At the moment, according to Rosbank's claim, only ING Bank Eurasia remains as a defendant.
The claims themselves were submitted by the plaintiff to the court in February 2024. The lawsuit is related to a syndicated loan provided to Sovcombank in the amount of $50 million. The credit agent was the very branch of ING Bank.
The case has been postponed until November, according to the telegram channel RIA Novosti: arbitration cases.
