THE BENEFICIARY OF SVYAZNOY LOST THE CASE FOR 7.67 BILLION
Alfa-bank and DTSRetail, which is a co-owner of Svyaznoy, clarified their relations in court for an unknown reason, since a reasoned court decision is not ready at the moment. Onako already knows that 7.67 billion rubles were recovered from the Cypriot organization (case no. A40-59624/2023).

In June, the bank already managed to recover 548.6 million rubles from DTSRetail under the bank guarantee agreement, which was concluded to secure the obligations of Svyaznoy (case no. A40-59626/2023).

The decision was not appealed by the parties.
In December last year, Svyaznoy was declared bankrupt, the court entered bankruptcy proceedings against the company (case no. A40-42574/2023).

Alfa-Bank acted as one of the creditors of Svyaznoy in the framework of the bankruptcy case. A settlement agreement was concluded between them on the dispute for almost 6 billion rubles (case no. A40-153932/2022).

Earlier, the credit institution filed for bankruptcy of DTSRetail (case no. A40-222991/2023). The court hearing is scheduled for August 1, 2024.
