THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OF NOVOSIBIRSK UGLETRANS WAS ESTIMATED AT 25.5 BILLION
The bankruptcy trustee (KU) Oleg Hvorostinin announced on the Fedresurs portal that tenders were being held for the sale of receivables from Novosibirsk Ugletrans in the amount of 25.54 billion rubles. Those wishing to purchase an asset need to declare this in the period from September 16 to October 23. It is also required to make a deposit of 10% of the initial price of the lot. The auction itself is planned to be held on the site of the "New Information Services" (ETP) on September 28, 2024.

The assets of the organization were divided into 33 lots. The largest lots were for two organizations. The requirements for the Alexievskaya mine (TIN 4212000433) for a total amount of over 21 billion rubles were put up for sale. The debts were confirmed by acts of the Kemerovo Arbitration Court (case no. A27-8569/2016).

In the second case, the rights to claim the debt to the company "Sibshakhtmontazh" (TIN 4205120049) were put up for auction. Their amount exceeds 2.6 billion rubles. The basis for the recovery is the acts of the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk region. As in the case of the Alexievskaya mine, this company has been declared insolvent.

Ugletrans was originally registered in the Kemerovo region in 2016. Its owners are Andrey Filippov and Ilya Gavrilov. They own shares of 80% and 20%, respectively. In the process, the company was re-registered in the Novosibirsk region.

By the end of 2017, the company had become the largest collateral creditor of the Alexievskaya and Zarechnaya mines. In this role, Ugletrans replaced Gazprombank and several companies with claims to enterprises worth more than 60 billion rubles.

In July 2021, it became known that the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region satisfied the claim of a foam supplier from Novokuznetsk (PolycomNK company) by introducing a monitoring procedure in the Novosibirsk company. And although the claims of the company that initiated the bankruptcy amounted to just over 6 million, Ugletrans' debt to creditors amounted to about 26.8 billion. At the end of December 2021, Ugletrans was declared insolvent (case no. A45-1962/2021). The arbitration approved Oleg Khvorostinin for the role of Bankruptcy Trustee.
