The interim manager of Google LLC Denis Poliychuk does not agree with the ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which earlier, at the request of Roskomnadzor, suspended the monitoring procedure in the company.

Earlier, Google LLC applied to the court for its own bankruptcy, presumably due to the recovery of a turnover fine of 7 billion rubles imposed on the company on the basis of its violation of the procedure for posting prohibited content.

Also in July of this year, the company received a second fine of 21 billion rubles. After that, the court introduced a surveillance procedure against Google LLC.

In its statement, the company initially indicated the presence of debts of 18 billion rubles, and the main array of assets were accounts receivable (27 billion rubles)

Also, according to Fedresurs, the debt of the Russian "daughter" of Google on salaries to employees and payment of severance payments to them reaches 271.2 million rubles, and on mandatory payments - 85.7 million rubles.

The court act clarifies that the debtor has 636 thousand rubles in the Citibank account, fixed assets are estimated at 28.5 million rubles. The court has scheduled the bankruptcy case of Google LLC for March 13, 2023.
