THE TAX SERVICE PLANS TO RECOVER 35.6 MILLION FROM THE BANKRUPT PLANT IN TCHAIKOVSKY
The plant "New Fitting Technologies" (JSC "NFT"), located in Tchaikovsky, was declared bankrupt in 2020. In the process of bankruptcy, the company had dozens of creditors whose claims exceeded 1.4 billion rubles. Before that, the company managed to receive a subsidy from the federal budget to finance the production of pilot batches of goods. As a result, the plant did not manage to fulfill its obligations. Now the tax authorities (MI Federal Tax Service No. 21 in Perm Krai) want to return the money to the treasury.

The tax authorities announced their intentions to demand 35,598,920.89 rubles from JSC "NFT" through the bankruptcy trustee. The information was published by him on the portal "Fedresurs". It is assumed that after the creditors' claims that have been included in the register are satisfied, the Federal Tax Service will come for millions.

The company in Tchaikovsky started working in the middle of 2017. It was assumed that the company's products would be in great demand by organizations operating in the energy and oil and gas market. JSC "NFT" has signed a corresponding contract with the authorities of the Perm Region. The company promised to create jobs and establish high-tech production of fittings. In return, the authorities provided various benefits to the company.

It is known that about 4 billion rubles were invested in the company's work. But the company managed to work for only three years. Then the organization went into bankruptcy, and the bankruptcy trustee continues to try to bring the former management to subsidiary responsibility.

In the first year of operation, NFT received losses of 121 million. In 2018, the volume of losses increased to 643 million. A number of counterparties already then began to file for bankruptcy. Creditors tried to get the company to pay off its debt obligations. But it didn't come to insolvency right away. The debts were not very significant.

In 2019, Sberbank announced financial claims against NFT in court. Back in 2016, loan agreements worth 1.4 billion were signed with him. As part of the credit line, the company received more than 747 million. But she was unable to pay off her debts. As a result, by May 2019, the debt to Sberbank exceeded 2.2 billion. Now the successor of the lender has become the company "Nefteservice", which is a division of Sberbank-Capital.
