THE STATE ALLOCATED 10.9 BILLION RUBLES FOR THE AIRPORTS SUBSIDIZING

The day before, the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the regulations on the provision of financial support to the Russian airports. For these purposes, the government issued a decree, the text of which is already available.

In particular, the document states that the following airports are eligible for the financial support:

-          the airports, registered in the Russian Federation, as well as those that include foreign companies as members. For the latter, a restriction has been established: their share of legal entities that are registered in the offshore zones or low-tax jurisdictions, in total, should not be more than a half in the percentage correlation of shares;

-          the airports that are not in the process of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy;

-          the airports that do not have the debts to the federal budget;

-          the airports, ready for checks on the use of the provided funds in accordance with the stated goals.

From now on, the submission of the applications for financing has been opened. It has been established that the support can be calculated both monthly from April to June, and as a lump sum for this period.

The received money can be spent on the number of needs, in particular, on the payment of insurance premiums, the salaries to employees (an exception is the management team), as well as on the operation, maintenance and repair of the vehicles and equipment.
